Ainslie first learnt about BaKare Beds in the form of a strong and positive recommendation from colleagues at Somerleigh Court (a retirement village in Dorset). When Ainslie saw the 8 year old beds in situ she was remarkably impressed with how pristine the beds looked and also encouraged by the detailed accounts that were relayed to her by individuals that used the beds day in and day out.
Demonstrations Without The Sale pitch
Ainslie’s next encounter with BaKare was through a demonstration of the Volker 3080 and the Evolution 400 by Mark Bush (Technical & Services Manager). Ainslie recalls this demonstration ‘Mark was not pushy, he wasn’t using sales talk, he was knowledgeable and calmly talked through the benefits and features of the beds. He talked through all of the options from the patient hand control through to the comfort seat position, Mark was fantastic’.
